With over 22 years in Estate Agency, this highly successful Independent Agency are now seeking to add to their team in Lutterworth. They are very passionate and pride themselves on delivering excellent customer services and seeing each property - be it Salesor Lettings - through to completion with expert knowledge and advice.

This is a superb opportunity to join this highly successful team and they are now looking for a Sales Progressor/ Negotiator.

**Some Key Skills Required**
- Chasing Solicitors for Updates
- Updating Vendors and Buyers
- Updating Chains
- Chase Mortgage Brokers for Updates
- A Great Problem Solver
- Have Excellent Customer Services
- Collating Chain Details
- Book Viewings
- Attend Viewings
- Negotiating Offers

You must be punctual, well presented and have great administrative and customer service skills.

In return you will have a generous basic with an OTE of 35k-40k.

Full time hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Alternate Saturdays 9am-4pm with a day off in Lieu
