**Job Title**:Contracts coordinator

**Department**:Sign Maintenance

**Reporting To**:Maintenance Manager

**Job Brief**

The department organises and runs PPM (Preventative Planned Maintenance) cleaning services along with pro-active and reactive services on external and internal signage for various clients. Looking after illumination faults, general repairs of signs and covering
Health and Safety callouts for dangerous or business critical situations. The department consists of 34 staff, 12 fleet vans and 2 Access Platforms all controlled from a dedicated
Maintenance department and team. As well as general Maintenance works, the department from time to time helps out the Installation department on new projects.
Duties consist of:

- Answering the phone when jobs are called in or when queries are raised by clients
- Dealing with client’s requests in the office
- Interacting with and assisting maintenance engineers with onsite queries
- Working on the clients own specific portals and KPI systems
- Chasing works through the factory
- Ordering parts from production
- Ensuring KPI’s are kept to the required standard for all clients / customers
- Completing Health and Safety / RAMs manuals for all teams

**Key qualities required**
- Works well under pressure
- Can multi task
- Good communicator on all levels (staff or client)
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with and meeting Clients, as well as senior members within the business
- Able to give clear instructions to Engineers
- Self-Motivated and able to motivate others to get the best out of them is of high importance in this role
- Background knowledge in this type of role or industry would be of benefit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
