Retail Sales Associate at our Partney, Ulceby, and Bilsby Spar shops and forecourts. We are offering a permanent 24 hours per week contract

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions to effectively sell merchandise
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and maintain a tidy sales floor
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or change
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to assist customers over the phone or in person

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. **Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£10.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Alford, LN13 9PY (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Alford, LN13 9PY: Relocate before starting work (required)
