Job Profile:
Your Move are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Washington on a part time (25 hours), permanent basis.

As a Negotiator working at Your Move you will receive:

- Pay of £22,000 On Target Earning, (Pro Rata)
- Basic salary in line with national minimum wage, plus monthly commission pay
- Uncapped earning opportunities
- Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

In the role of a Negotiator you will:

- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times

Additional Information:

- Working hours will be 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm plus every other Saturday until 1pm.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**
