As a Senior Occupational Therapist from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team at Gardens & Jacobs working 37.5 hours as part of the multidisciplinary team providing senior clinical support to the MDT and delivering training to direct reports.

You will have experience in managing a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.

**What you will be doing**
- Caring for people of all ages who are living with neurological and long-term conditions, including those living with physical disabilities and recovering from traumatic injuries, and providing a high level of personal and rehabilitative care
- Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing interventions
- Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to support service users' care plans

You'll be supported by a team of colleagues ready to lend a hand and work together to a common goal. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
