**Job Purpose**
ICE Exchange Data manages licensing and delivery of exchange market data as its sourced from the ICE trading platform, supporting a multitude of futures asset classes. As a member of the Market Data team, the Market Data Specialist will assist in serving a sophisticated customer base (investment banks, proprietary traders, hedge funds, data redistributors, and software vendors) who seek access to ICE's Futures and OTC markets through intraday services, proprietary market reports, daily mark to market settlements, and historical data.
**Responsibilities**
- _Market Data Administration and Client Operations _- Work with a wide range of global clients and prospective customers. Handle general inquiries pertaining to ICE Futures market data content and licensing. Facilitate, track, and complete the entitlement and/or termination process following customer requests. Collect past due invoices from delinquent accounts.
- _Product Sales Support and Account Management _- Build and manage relationships with customers, vendors, and inter-company teams. Assist in customer inquiries/disputes from start to finish. Coordinate with other teams to meet unique customer needs while upholding data policies and promoting ICE data services.
- _Product Implementation Support _- Manage projects that include launching new products to relevant market reports and services. Implement operational efficiencies across data management, business intelligence, and customer onboarding. Record customer feedback to aid in enhancing or adjusting product characteristics.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- BS in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, or Marketing or equivalent combination of education or experience is required.
- Adept computer and software literacy preferred. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - is a must. Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is helpful, but not required.
- Knowledge of trading, market data, exchanges, technology, or network infrastructure is a plus but not required.
- Must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a past track record of exceptional customer service.
- Solid attention to detail/organization and ability to multitask in a high-speed environment.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and analysis skills preferred.
**Schedule**
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
