**Are you looking for a role as an Classroom Assistant? Do you live in the Brent area?**

We are recruiting for an Classroom Assistant to work within a fantastic SEN school, local to Brent. This is a full time, Monday to Friday position 08.30 - 4:00pm. You will be supporting pupils with special needs like autism.

Previous experience working in a school would be ideal but you must have some experience working with children in some capacity.

**The role**:

- Support students with special needs as a Classroom Assistant
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
- Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class as a Classroom Assistant
- Willing to complete training on how best to support students with SEN as a Classroom Assistant
- Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Classroom Assistant

**Requirements**:

- **Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.**:

- Passion for working with children and/or young adults
- Willingness to learn what it takes to support SEN children
- Already have Enhanced Child Only DBS or be willing to get one
- Live local to Brent / commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
