**Temporary to permanent**

**Monday to Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm**

Our client, who are an electronics manufacturer, are seeking an assembly operative to join their team due to expansion.

**Could this be your next career move? Here is what your new role will involve...**

Reporting to the Assistant Production Manager your duties will include
- Assembling and hand soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).
- Inspecting and Electrical Testing of PCBAs.
- Building of some mechanical assemblies.
- Ensuring all ESD PPE is worn and procedures are followed.
- Using continuous improvements techniques, reduce wastes, promote sound working practices and improve skills.

**Can you demonstrate the following qualities**
- Previous small mechanical assembly experience is essential.
- Previous soldering experience would be beneficial.
- Any experience of working within the electronics industry is an advantage.
- You should be able to read and understand simple work instructions and drawings.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality assemblies.

**Once you have gone permanent with the company**:

- Starting on 23 days holiday per year, rising to 30 days.
- Opportunity to progress up their pay grade system.
