**Llanelli Mind are seeking to appoint a Service Delivery Lead, who is a committed, self-motivated person to contribute to the development and delivery of our Services.**

**Job Title**: Service Delivery Lead - Senior Management

**Job Purpose**: To aid good governance and compliance whilst managing and supervising a range of teams providing services for children, Adults, carers and Veterans affected by poor mental health and wellbeing

**Salary**: £16.20 per hour

**Probation Period**: 6 months

**Hours**: 30 hours per week (flexible hours, some weekend and evening work)

**Responsible to**: Operations manager & Chief Executive Officer

As the Service Delivery Lead you will lead on and manage service provision and development across the organisation alongside the senior team, some of which are carried out in close partnerships with other teams and organisations such as the local health board and other Voluntary Sector partners.

Services will be provided to people of all ages, residing in the Llanelli and Carmarthenshire area, who require Mental Health and Wellbeing support services. These are to be inclusive of Veterans and Carers.

The role will include the line management of 3 Wellbeing Support Coordinators and 2 assessors with support from Operations Manager and CEO

Vital to have excellent Digital and IT skills and experience in the use of CRM systems

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £16.20 per hour
