Progress Chaser

Taylor Stevenson are working in partnership with our unique manufacturing client based in Semley, North Dorset.

We are looking for a Progress Chaser. You will be tasked with supporting all aspects of Procurement, Goods-in, stores and Picking/Kitting for manufacturing

In this role The Progress Chaser will fit within a small team, will work in a collaborative environment with excellent internal and external communication.

**Responsibilities-**
- Ensuring availability to cover goods-in during lunch.
- Able to clearly communicate, both verbally and written to all levels of the business
- Ability to work closely and develop strong relationships with Procurement Team. Operations Manager, Quality and Engineering
- Collections from suppliers (Full Driving licence).
- Competent in use of computer, (office 360 etc.)
- Excellent house-keeping skills
- Flexible and resilient to ensure help and support is delivered when required.

**Skills-**
- Organised and methodical person who will be able to create proactive relationships across the business ideally
- Someone who has worked with any MRP /ERP system (123INSIGHT is preferred) as this is a very busy department and someone with experience here could be a big help from day one.
- Being a progress chaser in an engineering operation or experienced in buying would be helpful but is not essential.
- Confidence in dealing with suppliers and chasing deliveries
- Flexible enough and willing to help in any area, moving products and materials around the factories, stock control, picking and checking in deliveries.

The role is open to be full time or part time. Monday-Friday

Salary is dependant on experience
- £22k-£32k

Needed as soon as possible

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
