**About the internship**:
We excited to announce for the fourth year running we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team for the 2024 Ecosulis Internship programme.

We are looking for applicants who have graduated recently or about to graduate and are energised by our vision to rewild half the planet by 2050. Our paid internship programme offers an opportunity to learn professional, practical and technical skills, working as part of a fast-paced team, developing, and delivering new rewilding products and services.

Successful applicants will not only have the opportunity to work across various departments within the business, but also to broaden their current skill sets and be creative problem solvers with the ability to contribute to our innovation work. We expect applicants to take a proactive approach to this role, embracing and carving out opportunities and supporting the team.

As a recent graduate you do not need prior work experience - just the right attitude and be able to demonstrate that you share our values.

**About you**:
We also want to hear from passionate individuals who don’t have a related degree, but who may have other certificates, qualifications or further education that they have obtained, as well as any volunteering or practical in the field experience. This could be in areas such as ecological surveys, habitat restoration including grassland or peatland and other aspects of Rewilding.

Through the internship you will develop your professional, technical, and commercial skills. Our hope is that the internship will help you on your way to a career in the new and emerging nature recovery sector.

**What can you expect from us?**

The goal of the internship programme is to support the growth of our future experts, and the rewilding sector itself. We want to share rewilding principles and values for the benefit of future generations, to help the continued recovery of nature at a global scale.

We offer structured training & development to help people succeed and you will be provided with a mentoring programme as well as being supported by our leaders, including:

- Support and guidance from your HR Mentor.
- Monthly career development & planning sessions.
- Structured work plans and goals.
- Exposure to working in different departments across the business including our hands-on project delivery department as well as getting involved in some of the more theoretical applied areas.
- LinkedIn training and industry networking support.
- Training and development from within your department and from HR.

You will also have the chance to attend company quarterly updates learning more about our progress and performance as an organisation, attending seasonal company webinars held by some of our leading experts within their field on certain topics and learn more about the work we are doing and our overall team through our regular company newsletters.

Job type: 1-year fixed term contract.

Start date: July-September 2024.

**Salary**: £22,308

Location: Home based (UK based)

A Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle would be desirable.
