We are looking for a part time team member to join our summer team. You **MUST** **have specialty coffee experience**, and you must be available on weekends and at least one other day throughout all of summer (June - September).

Occasionally you may be asked to pick up an extra shift to help cover holiday or sickness.

The coffee shop assistant role requires a positive can-do attitude, an excited personality, and the ability to work efficiently but calmly under pressure, both alone and in a small team. You must enjoy getting to know people - as it’s super important to us that every customer feels like a friend.

Once trained, you will be a key holder, so it's essential that you feel comfortable taking on some level of responsibility and are happy to open/close the shop by yourself.

Duties include:

- taking orders and chatting with customers
- preparing and serving food and drinks (mainly coffee)
- opening/closing the shop
- keeping the shop clean and tidy

You’ll get

Pay starts at minimum wage for a 3 month probation period, with a performance based promotion thereafter.
