Leicester City Centre
£24,000 per annum
Monday - Friday (Flexible between the hours of 08:00am - 18:00pm)
Occasional Saturdays (08:00am-13:00pm)

Come and join an expanding, fast moving team who handle the complaints and rental management to Motor insurance and Accident replacement customers. Where you'll be providing an exceptional level of customer service to the largest Motor Insurance customers.
Job duties:
- Maintaining a great relationship with both internal and external customers, forming strong relationships with both colleagues and customers
- Manage a portfolio of insurance customers
- Proactively manage your work load
- Providing post rental support
- Ensure all contractual SLAS are exceeded
- Maintain a professional image at all time

- Credit hire experience
- Call centre experience
- Accident management experience
- Excellent administrative skills
- Proactive approach and able to use your own initiative
- Work well under pressure and be able to take ownership
