**We are recruiting a full-time yard supervisor for our client in Wellington. This will be working 44.5 hours per week Monday to Friday along with working half a day every other Saturday.**

**Please note - This job is located in Wellington, Somerset.**

**The role of a Yard Supervisor**

The Yard Supervisor reports directly to the Branch Manager and is responsible for getting the correct quantities of products to their required location within the given time limit and as a result must effectively organise and manage a team of drivers and vehicles. The Yard is the busiest area of the branch, therefore it is important that you are comfortable working within a busy environment. For this role, a Forklift License would be preferred but isn't essential as free training will be provided.

**What you need**

You'll need to be someone who isn't afraid of hard work and is a team player. Previous experience working in a busy yard environment would be preferable as the yard is one of the busiest areas of the branch so you would need to be willing to work under pressure to ensure customers are served in an efficient and friendly manner.
