Housing Support Worker

Head office is based in Rotherham and travel will be around Rotherham, Sheffield and Barnsley.
The role will involve but is not limited to:
Providing housing management and resettlement support to adults with a range of support needs, client group to include, substance misuse, homeless background, asylum seekers or those in the criminal justice system.
Day to day responsibility for providing housing support with an assigned case load of clients and the management and health & safety of those properties
Carrying out initial assessment of the potential or actual service user
Designing and delivering an effective support plan with the service user
Creating Risk assessments
Working towards high standards

Experience of working with in housing and residential services with vulnerable adults
Experience working with multi agencies

An understanding of the barriers that vulnerable people face.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm,

Pay rate £11.25 PAYE - £15.62 UMB per hour,
Full UK drivers license and business insurance required (mileage paid)

- Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months (preferred)
- UK drivers licence and business insurance. (required)
