**Background**

Halls is a leading provider of property and rural services across Shropshire and surrounding counties. We offer a range of services from residential and commercial sales and lettings to livestock auctions, surveying and professional valuations.

We are currently seeking an Estate Agency Administrator to work in our busy property office in Shrewsbury Town Centre dealing with administration in our property sales and lettings department.

**Responsibilities**
- Work in a fast-paced environment typing sales particulars, reports, letters and sales documents
- Set up property files and promotional displays
- Use a variety of software systems including Vebra Alto and SAP
- Arrange viewings and valuations
- Verify ID and AML documentation
- Registering applicants
- Answer the telephone and dealing with enquiries
- Production of Sales/Lettings invoices

**Keys Skills**
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Fast and accurate audio typing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Positive approach and ability to work in a team
- Experience in the property industry is beneficial but not essential.

**Job Type**: Part Time: 2-3 days per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays 9.00am - 3:00pm. Holiday cover (as and when required)

**Salary**: £20,000 - £22000 per year **FTE**
