Nrswa Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- To gather information to raise and manage permits for traffic management activities, both excavation and no excavation works, carried out on the public highway by Cappagh Browne and appointed sub-contractors.
- Ensure all permits are requested/sent/stopped/registered on time with accurate information on Streetworks management systems.
- Raise and submit associated admin to highways authorities to ensure management of conditions for permits including but not limited to: raising purchase orders, TTROs, traffic management plans, parking bay suspensions, bus stop suspensions, TLSO and other associated admin.
- Organise and oversee all documents are raised, submitted and responded to highways authorities in a timely manner and followed up where necessary.
- Ensure all permit numbers and details are communicated to respective planners/admins/crews in a timely manner.
- Daily management of NRSWA Tracker/s excel spreadsheet/s.

- Strong administration skills with the ability to work with mínimal supervision in a busy fast moving environment whilst prioritising and organising a varying workload.
- The ability to learn to utilise a number of computer databases specific to the job (Ellipse, Insight/Symology and Mapping)

**Technical Specification**

**Experience Required**
- Knowledge of NRSWA/The New Road and Streetworks Act 1991 and The Traffic Signs and General Directions regulations ideal but not essential.
- Experience in a similar utility and/or NRSWA works environment an advantage.
- Knowledge of and experience in using Excel and other Microsoft office systems.

**Salary**: Up to £22,600.00 per year
