UX/UI Designer, Niche Brands

We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing business. In this role, you will design engaging user interfaces and experiences for our Niche brands (Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Kama Ayurveda and more to come). Working closely with Developers, Project Managers, Brand and other Designers, you will be delivering adaptive and creative solutions to design problems. You will use tools such as Figma, Slack, Asana & Jira.

**UX/UI Designer Responsibilities**:

- Producing high quality design solutions through wireframes, user flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and elevated user interfaces
- Designing UI components and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
- Working on improving existing site features and new site features from discovery to launch
- Collaborating with the Brand teams, Creative teams and internal and external Designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX/UI research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
- Staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience & interface design

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer together with a strong portfolio of related projects
- A high level of competence in Figma and experience working with Design Systems & components
- Strong design experience for digital products or services, preferably in the Luxury, Beauty or Fragrance industries
- Working knowledge of the following: Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android
- A team player as well as able to work well on own initiative
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks without disregarding attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
