**About the Job**

This is a unique entry level opportunity to work within an award-winning business as part of a pioneering, proactive and friendly team, at the forefront of the English Wine Industry. As a Bottling Intern, you will work closely with the Ridgeview winemaker and cellar hands, contributing to the essential process of bottling our exceptional wines. This hands-on role involves loading empty bottles onto the bottling line, managing cap and biddule levels, and stacking bottles in the cellar. The position requires a commitment to teamwork, physical fitness, and adherence to strict health and safety standards. Full training will be provided in order to complete the internship successfully.

**Experience and knowledge required**:
Experience in production environment would be advantageous, however no formal experience necessary, full training will be provided.

1. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

2. Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.

3. Ability to work in accordance with strict health and safety regulations.

4. Ability to work in accordance with SALSA food safety requirements.

5. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to diverse job functions.

6. Reliable transportation to Ridgeview Winery Estate due to the remote location.

**Working pattern and location**
- Typically 4 days per week (Tues - Fri)
- 7 hours per day including 1 hour unpaid breaks. (8:30am to 3:30pm)
- The duration, working days, and daily hours may vary based on the bottling schedule, equipment shutdowns, and potential clashes with bank holidays.
