Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin. We’re seeking a Receptionist to deliver consistent service excellence for our guests and elevate service standards within their team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with guests to assist them during their stay
- Maintain a consistent presence in the lobby and public areas
- Lead by example, train, and motivate employees to build a strong, enthusiastic team
- Handle guest arrivals, check-ins, departures, and maintain the appearance of the lobby and entrance
- Make reservations in accordance with the hotel's yield management practices
- Maximize occupancy and ensure rate availability
- Seek opportunities to improve the guest experience through feedback and strategy development
**What You Need**:
- Commitment to delivering high-level customer service
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Autonomy to make logical decisions
- Competent IT proficiency
