**The Company**

Our Client, a reputable and International Lloyd's Broker, who has been established for over 100 years, now has an exciting position within their UK Retail Team. This market-leading Broker specialise in various UK and International Risks for Retail and Wholesalebusiness and pride itself in delivering an exceptional service to their Clients.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Director, who will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of Clients. This will involve placing Commercial Combined, Property, Contingency, Directors & Officers, and LiabilityRisks on behalf of SME & Corporate Clients.

**The Role**
- Responsible for maintaining an existing portfolio of UK Retail Clients - Premiums ranging from £1,000 - £300,000
- Building and developing Client relationships and achieving new business targets
- Placing business on behalf of Clients
- Provide an expert, knowledgeable and timely service to Clients
- Build a strong pipeline of Clients with a proactive follow-up approach
- Attend networking events and meetings with existing and prospective Clients
- Discuss and advise on relevant and suitable Insurance solutions for Clients
- Engaging with Insurers and maintaining strong market relationships
- Liaise with the Marketing Team for future strategies

**About You**
- You will have 4/5 years + of relevant experience as an Account Handler or Account Executive (salary dependent on experience)
- Extensive experience in UK Commercial Insurance
- Excellent with client-facing and developing a book of business
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Solid negotiations skills
- A positive, motivated, and driven attitude
