**Finance Business Partner**

**£55,000 +bonus**

We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading brand in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner, to be based in their Somerset office (hybrid working is on offer).

The purpose of this role is to partner with the senior management team to create and deliver sales targets that contribute to market share growth and increased returns and producing insightful management information.

**The role**

We’re seeing a highly driven and self-motivated individual who can:

- Produce accurate and insightful monthly reporting that identifies key drivers of performance along with recommendations of actions to take.
- Conduct reviews for the divisions, producing KPI’s that monitor financial & non-financial performance effectively, resulting in focussed business actions.
- Through analytical and commercial acumen, identify opportunities and areas of focus that maximises the value generated
- Produce quarterly sales targets which support delivery of Budget/Forecast.
- Support the shaping and delivery of robust and coherent forecasts, Long Term Plan and Growth Plan initiatives.
- Produce ad-hoc analysis that supports the business to remain agile to ever evolving market conditions.

**About you**

We are looking for a qualified or suitably qualified by experience, analytically minded individual who offers sound commercial acumen and first class business partnering and communication skills.

Evidence of strong stakeholder management skills is key as an ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with both finance and non-finance managers, is essential.

This role would suit someone moving out of professional practice who is eager to develop their commercial finance career and has the confidence to support senior stakeholders as a business partner. Equally this role is open to experienced finance businesspartners / financial analysts who offer strong people and communication skills.

Hybrid working is available (2-3 days on site each week) with some travel to other sites required periodically.
