We are looking for a skilled and proactive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our Insight and CRM Team at the University of Hertfordshire, based in Hatfield, to support the University’s implementation of new CRM systems and processes to optimize the student journey.- You will be responsible for providing specialist support for users across the university, creating dashboards and reports, marketing segmentations, managing configuration and campaigns, communicating changes and updates to end users and assisting with implementing staff training and development sessions across the University. Fundamentally you will be pivotal to the design and delivery of CRM within the wider marketing and communications team.**Main duties and responsibilities**
- You will work within the Marketing and Communications department to support on existing CRM systems such as Raisers Edge and further support in the implementation and development of the Salesforce CRM with a focus on customer experience throughout the customer journey from prospective applicant to alumni with the objective of improving conversion, retention and engagement.-
- You will be responsible for supervision and maintenance of data quality metrics, marketing segmentations and insight reports and dashboards within the CRM.- You will support users in the transition from existing systems to the new Salesforce CRM**Skills and experience required**
- Proven CRM administrative experience ideally with Raisers Edge, Dynamics or Salesforce.- Experience of data transformation, manipulation and linking tools- Experience of writing and delivering user guidelines and training- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and familiarity with data security best practices.- If you have understanding and knowledge of Higher Education and how CRM plays a role in the student journey this would be desirable but not essential.**Qualifications required**
- You must have a minimum of A-levels or have equivalent relevant experience in addition to an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
