**The Recruitment Group is hiring**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Analyst for our client in Henley on Thames. This role will provide analyst support in the Investment Team and help maintain and update key information.

**About the role**:

- Analysis of investment opportunities in collectives
- Manage and update existing quantitative models and databases including stock selection models, risk management models and fund position databases
- Internal and external fund reporting across a range of investment team responsibilities including risk management, price checking, stress testing
- Assist with meeting preparation and minutes
- Compile and provide regular management information
- Keep third party data sites updated with performance information
- Proxy voting record keeping
- Compile fact sheets monthly

**About you**:

- Ability to manage own workload and work within a small team
- Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures
- Experience within the Financial Services Industry
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excellent knowledge of Excel)
- Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or willingness to undertake IMC or other investment related qualifications
- Training will be provided where required
