**About the Role**

Our award-winning, sociable and friendly Housekeeping Team are growing and have a number of exciting opportunities for Turndown Attendants to join them on a flexible basis. Along with priding themselves on servicing guest bedrooms to 5* standards, they also provide successful training and clear career progression within their department.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Servicing guest bedrooms, ensuring they are cleaned and tidied to 5 star standards, ready for our guests to enjoy
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests, giving a warm and friendly interaction
- Following daily plans, ensuring all rooms are serviced on time
- Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues

**About You**

You’ll be a friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working individual who enjoys working as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude is essential for this role. Ideally, you will have previous housekeeping experience however, this is not essential as full training is provided.

**Salary**

Our Housekeeping Team offer flexible shift ranges for this role, working 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Ideally, you will work a rota of 5 days out of 7, with an element of weekend working however, a shift pattern will be discussed with you at interview stage. A competitive hourly rate from £10.17 to £11.77 per hour is offered, depending on your experience, and a vast range of associate benefits.
