We are looking to hire an experienced barista for Blanchflower in Altrincham. Blanchflower has extremely high coffee standards, so this is a role where previous barista experience is essential. You will require previous speciality coffee shop experience and have good standard of latte art and a knowledge of espresso & machine care. Experience working at speed and producing high volume would also be useful.

Blanchflower is one of the busiest cafes in Altrincham and you'll be working alongside our own bakery and high-end kitchen helping to create a product mix that's the most unique and exciting in the North West. We are very busy and this role would suit someone who enjoys working at the top end of our sector and a busy environment.

Experience in specialty coffee goes right to the top at Blanchflower and our owners started their first espresso bar in Manchester almost 11 years ago, and the love runs deeply through the organisation. We have a training programme that will be ongoing throughout your time with us, and literally any level of excellence can be catered for.

Our customers are lovely with stacks of regulars. This is a unique and wonderful place to work.

We are searching for a friendly barista who has experience working with speciality coffee and /or in a high-volume location, someone who can confidently dial in and has a passion for coffee and can produce good, consistent latte art. We have a training programme, both online via barista hustle and in-person with one of UK's best baristas (literally).

The role is salaried and the working week is around 42 hours, which consists of 5 shifts per week including weekends.

You'll need to be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is a good team player.
