We are looking for a People Advisor to join our small people team based at Thames Valley Park, Reading.

In the role of People Advisor, you will be the first line of support for our managers and team members with supporting them with the life cycle of their people.

Some of the key responsibilities for the role are;
- Supporting and advising our managers on a wide range of first line ER cases including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance management, redundancy, and probation.
- Escalating and supporting the Senior People Advisor and People Operations Manager with complex cases.
- Case management of long and short-term sickness cases with the support of the People Business Partner. This includes arranging welfare meetings and occupational health appointments, providing referral documents, discussing the way forward.
- Supporting our managers with the preparation of ER documentation in a timely manner.
- Case management of our family friendly processes and leave.
- Support with the processes of TUPE in and TUPE out.

Experience
- 1+ years’ generalist HR experience.
- Experience in advising and managing on ER issues.
