Executive Assistant

**Role Purpose**:
The Executive Assistant provides support to the CEO with, inter alia, organisation, diary scheduling, managing correspondence, business travel and event planning. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the CEO’s communication with Board members, the Company Secretary, Executive team and scheduling meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders (including the Executive team) ensuring that a well-organised diary and meeting agenda exists to optimise the CEO’s productivity.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Consistently demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in a manner that reflects positively on the CEO and the organisation as a whole.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Managing the Chief Executive’s Calendar and diary; resolving any scheduling issues
- Making travel arrangements for the CEO and overseeing travel arrangements and hotel bookings
- Scheduling and booking meeting rooms and taking summary minutes when required
- Liaising with Key stakeholders to plan and organise team events and off-site meetings
- Supporting stakeholder meetings and arranging appropriate facilities
- Liaising with Shareholder management and EA’s
- Serving as the point of contact between the CEO and office staff and stakeholders
- Researching and crafting internal documentation
- Preparing and reviewing meeting briefs, reports, presentations, slide decks etc for review by the CEO.
- Management of CEO expense reports
- Any other reasonable request as directed by the CEO or Executive Committee members
**Essential Skills/Qualifications**:
- Demonstrable experience in working as Executive Assistant role supporting C-Level executives
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business and the CEO
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise an ever changing workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to determine what is important to reach the CEO
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- A strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Excellent planning & organisation skills
- Attention to detail
**Desirable Skills/Qualifications**:
- Experience within a regulated environment with an understanding of regulatory landscape, Consumer Duty, DPA, Money Laundering, TCF, MCOB, Fraud aware
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Strong business acumen and can decipher priorities and make sound judgement calls when needed

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
