Since 1997, Iconography Ltd. has been crafting bespoke ecommerce solutions through our IXO platform. Nestled in the stunning Somerset countryside, our Ilminster office offers a lively and enjoyable workspace with free parking, a pool table, table football, a coffee machine, and a patio area perfect for breaks and team gatherings.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your role will include:

- **Problem Solver**:Handle and resolve support tickets daily, ensuring timely solutions.
- **Client Champion**: Assist the Client Services team with content creation, training, and support.
- **Relationship Builder**: Conduct client outreach to maintain and enhance relationships.
- **Trainer**:Become an IXO Commerce expert, providing training and support.
- **Communicator**: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

- **Effective Communicator**:Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting and influencing.
- **Organized Multitasker**:Able to manage multiple projects and relationships with ease.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Strong ICT skills, especially with Microsoft packages and CRM software.
- **Proactive Learner**:Willing to take the initiative and continuously improve.
