**Salary Scale**:Point L7 - L11 (£51,470 - £56,796)

Harbour Learning Trust consists of 2 secondary academies, 7 primary academies and a SCITT

We are looking to appoint a Head of Math who will work at Lincoln Castle Academy.
- Be accountable for, and provide professional leadership and management for the Math Department in order to secure high quality teaching and learning.
- Use resources and monitoring / tracking information effectively to improve standards / achievements for all students.
- Be committed to the Trust's vision and values.
