Attendance Improvement Officer

**Contract**: Permanent, Term Time Only + 5 training days

**Hours**: Full time 37 hours per week

**FTE**: C3 £29,777 - £31,364

**Actual salary**: £25,505 - £26,864

**We have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and committed person to join our Temple Learning Academy team as an Attendance Improvement Officer. As an attendance improvement officer, YOU will play a key role in reducing student absence, increasing student punctuality and working with others to promote and drive high levels of attendance.**

**We are looking for someone who;**
- has experience of working in partnership with others to deliver objectives, preferably in a pastoral setting
- has excellent interpersonal skills in order to manage a variety of situations
- has adaptable communication skills in order to converse effectively with a wide range of people including students, staff, parents and carers
- has a passion for education and being able to make a difference to children’s lives
