An opportunity has arisen for permanent full time Band 3 Administrators to assist in the development of the 'respiratory virtual ward'.

Virtual wards are a new concept and respiratory medicine are now supporting a virtual ward. The post holder will be an essential part of a new team, linking the hospital with the community to support these patients.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to work with other NUH colleagues within respiratory medicine to support patients on our virtual ward. They will also have to work alongside our community colleagues to do ensure that the patients receive streamlined, safe, efficient care. This post holder will be supporting clinicians to do this.

Trainin and Qualifications

Essential criteria
- 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent IT skills

Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of hospital IT systems, e.g. Medway PAS, Notis.

- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear manner

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
