Pie Preperation

We are are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the pastry preparation and cooking room at J.H. Jones & Co, Denbigh.

A knowledge of health and safety procedures for kitchens and food preparation areas is desirable - but training can be given. Food hygine certificate is desirable - but can be completed once in post.

Duties will include, cooking of pies for orders, mixes for food/pie preperation, assembling of pies, daily cleaning, daily record keeping (HACCP), stock rotation etc. The individual should have excellent time management and organisational skills and should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Hours to be discussed - full/part time options.
