**(Y)Our Opportunity**
- We are looking for an innovative and inspirational **Teaching Assistant (TA)** to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.This role as a Teaching Assistant (TA) is no ordinary job, this is an opportunity to be part of something amazing, to inspire children and really make a difference. This is a great role for someone who is looking to take their first steps into an exciting and rewarding career in education.This is a Fixed Term 1:1 Higher Needs Funding position ending on the 31st of August 2024.**The ideal Teaching Assistant (TA) will be someone who is**:

- term/temporary due to supporting a named child with an Education, Health, Care Plan. The contract will terminate on a specified date or sooner should the pupil no longer need the same level of support or if funding is withdrawn._
