An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced IT Operations person to join a well-established charity organization.

This is an office based role and will suit someone with strong IT and software skills, with the main purpose of the role being to help deliver and manage the technical services, as well as providing technical support to the Business Operations teams.
Must be Salesforce accredited, with development experience using advanced SQL and experience in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

**ROLE**:
Ensure the day-to-day running and stability of the custom built, platform plus associated software and apps used by the organisation.
Assist with the delivery of their move to Salesforce CRM, and responsibility for the development of this platform as a core tool for the organization.
Salesforce design and implementation.
Working with the Technical Lead and 3rd party providers to design and implement the move to a Salesforce CRM.
Understanding technical challenges and devising solutions to meet our organisation requirements.
Supporting end-users of the Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to resolve queries and enhance product features.
Executing advanced configuration/development activities across Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Live software bug identification and fixing; new release testing in Development and Live environments.
Communicating functionality & providing training to the team. Articles, FAQs and knowledge building on customer facing support sites.
Office software management - Salesforce, Zoom, Trello, Mailchimp etc
Google & Mail management - including G-suite integration with Salesforce.
Providing technical assistance to 77 support team & Account Managers
Troubleshooting software issues and resolving queries
Database management technical support e.g. Salesforce/Mailchimp synchronisation
Hosting, backup & security monitoring.
Platform stability and data security work such as access controls
Account creation and management on our bespoke platform
API and widget integration set-up for clients
Occasional help-desk phone cover

**KEY ATTRIBUTES**:
Technophile with excellent software management abilities, strong understanding of technical operations support and relevant prior experience in technical IT roles.
As well as being adept at managing and analysing data with excellent attention to detail, you must possess good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for communicating software content and issues with other team members.
Able to work in a small team and be flexible in terms of ongoing role specification.
Demonstrating a passion for producing high-quality design and process outputs in Salesforce using best development practices.
Must be able to analyse business problems and help create suitable technical solutions, analysis, design and estimation deliverables.

Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm (option of 4 days per week)

£35,000 - £40,000
