**Company Description**:
**The Job you’ll do**
- Control the QHSE time and attendance.
- Control QHSE documentation in IFS (air surveys, general waste management, special waste management, effluent plant discharge inspections).
- Support the data collection:

- For meetings/activities.
- For scope 1 (Natural gas, Diesel, Fugitive emissions from refrigerant gases (F Gas)
- For scope 2 (Grid electricity).
- For scope 3 (Business travel, Grey fleet vehicles, waste disposal, water, supplier GHG carbon emissions).
- Support the data input for GHG Carbon Emissions, capability analysis and the HSE inspections carried out daily/weekly/monthly.
- Support the control and engagement of contractors.
- Assist in the evaluation and review suppliers and/or contractors including the administration of contractor RAMS review and associated information.
- Use and comply with the companies systems, processes and tools.
- Encourage collaboration and sharing across the organisation, communicate information, seek feedback and act accordingly.
- Actively promote and encourage continual improvement, seek best practice and identify improvements internally and externally.
- Maintain the companies Integrated Management System (IMS), provide IMS guidance, support and training as appropriate ensuring changes are effectively managed and communicated throughout the business.
- Ensure all QHSE related documentation and certification is reviewed, approved and suitably filed.
- Expedite missing/incorrect certification as required.
- Ensure emergency response information is up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the QHSE department.
- Work in a safe manner; driving positive behaviour and leading by example with regard to the company’s health, safety and environmental policies.
- Carry out any other duties not listed above as may reasonably be expected.

**The Person**
- They must have excellent communication skills, data input experience and be proficient in using SAP/ERP systems and IT software such as Microsoft office.
- It would be advantageous if they held a NEBOSH general certificate or be IRCA auditor trained.
- Working hours are 37 per week, dayshift.
