Insurance Agent

PURPOSE

Join Kerr Group Insurance, part of the Dickson Group of companies, on its journey as one of Northern Ireland's largest independent brokers. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Based in our Kilrea branch, you'll be responsible for helping grow our personal lines book by achieving your monthly targets, which are based on winning new customers and retaining existing ones
- Offer brilliant customer service by building rapport, asking the right questions, and clearly explaining products and covers
- Look for opportunities to provide other great products to customers
- Work with colleagues across the business to identify prospects for the future

Salary is up to a maximum of £25,000 and includes on-target bonus earning.
