As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll play an integral part in the Finance chain, assisting with Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control and cashiering duties.

**Your Journey as an Accounts Assistant**:

- Assist the day-to-day workings of the Accounts department, helping to process purchase ledger documents, credit control and daily banking processes
- Review and analyse information from the supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, and take corrective action, as appropriate
- Raise queries with the suppliers and customers to help resolve aged invoices.
- Assist with general admin tasks and support the wider business as needed.

- Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- The ability and motivation to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, being highly computer literate with experience of working with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of ERP systems would be desirable
- No accounting experience needed - full systems training will be provided
