Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a graduate with experience of supporting students with additional behavioural needs to join the alternative provision of a secondary academy in south Manchester.

This is a full-time temporary secondary behaviour support role paying up to £100 per day.

The Role

Behaviour Mentor within the school's Alternative Provision

Five days a week 8.45am to 3.05pm

Supporting small groups of students with additional needs including SEMH, ASD, behavioural needs and ADHD.

Working collaboratively with SEN support team and the SENCO

Supporting a broad curriculum based on key skills and ASDAN strategies.

Supporting the senior leader responsible for behaviour.

Working collaboratively with the child's team around the child.
