Reception Supervisor

Hotel Services are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised Reception and Admin Supervisor to support our Business Manager. We are looking for either an experienced Supervisor or someone wishing to take a step up into a supervisory role, to manage both the Administrative and Reception teams.
The position is 37.5 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 although flexibility for shifts and days worked is vital to meet business demands.
Travel to the sites listed will be an essential part of this role.
The post holder will be responsible for multiple teams across varying sites county-wide. They will be expected to manage rotas, take on supervision and appraisals tasks, alongside supporting the Business Manager with day to day management of the teams. Experience of working with Systmone would be beneficial although not essential.
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective supervisory support.
You will demonstrate an enthusiasm for professional development and will be motivated to further your understanding and skills through various training opportunities.
Car owner/driver and current driving license essential or access to a car as you will be required to travel to multiple locations across the county (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
