This role has two main duties: writing engaging, high-quality training material incorporating the science and research of BRE into BREEAM sustainability schemes, and supporting the publishing and editing of a range of technical content using single source publishing software.

**Your role at BRE**
- Work with industry experts to develop high quality training content.
- Ensure that our training is up to date and relevant.
- Ensure a consistent approach and voice to BREEAM training courses.
- Work with the BRE Academy, and other areas of the business to provide courses that increase our client base and revenue.
- Assist with updating and publishing technical documentation using single source publishing software.

**Your profile**

Essential:

- Experience of reading technical information and developing technical training products.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to use software to generate online training materials, and to learn and implement new approaches and systems where required.
- Ability to work closely with technical specialists to translate and condense complex technical information into clear, simple, and easy to understand training material or technical documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues in BRE Academy and other departments to understand and meet business needs.
- Prioritise workloads and achieve deadlines.
- Work unsupervised and communicate progress to the team and stakeholders.

Desirable:

- Design experience, preferably with an understanding of how to create simple, effective visuals.
- Ability to write voice over scripts to accompany video content training and filmed online training content.
- Experience of editing written content for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and version control systems (Subversion or Git).
- Experience working with single source publishing software (for example, MadCap Flare)
