Finance Assistant

You would have responsibility for:

- all aspects of purchase ledger: matching invoices to POs, raising payments

and dealing with supplier queries
- collating expenses information
- management of the sales ledger
- credit control - liaising with a variety of different customers, raising credit notes
- bank reconciliations

You will need to have experience in sales and purchase ledger as well as the ability to reconcile accounts and bank statements. As this role would be working from home you will need to be self motivated, have good attention to detail and be able to prioritise and multi task whilst working under pressure. Knowledge of Sage 50 would be useful but this system will be being changed in due course so experience of other software packages useful. Experience is more important than qualifications.

You will be given all the equipment to work from home and training. Benefits include private medical insurance and 24 days holiday + bank holidays.
