Floor Supervisor

We are searching for a Supervisor to join our team at Bunkers in Romford.

The venue has a busy bar as well as crazy golf, electro darts, pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, deck shuffle, VR and kitchen

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and customer focused individual with excellent aptitude for operational management. A proven track record of managing a team is essential and prior experience in either a sales or kitchen role is a bonus.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Bunkers, compliance both front and back of house, driving KPI's & delivering excellent customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for opening and closing the business as a duty manager.

**Salary**: Up to £12.23 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
