**JOB PURPOSE**

Unilever is a fast moving consumer goods company and the global styling team is looking for an exceptional technician to help deliver our innovative aerosol products that will delight the consumer. Our team has the advantage of being part of the new product delivery from the beginning to the end. Working across various brands such as Tresemme, Dove, Nexxus, Andrelon and many more all over the world and a diverse product range: dry shampoos, hairsprays, mousses and other new product types the impact you will have is vast. This role will involve both aerosol formulation and aerosol packaging development to create the final product. Our ambition is to create irresistible products that have superior performance, sustainable & cost effective

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Making hair aerosol formulations, including hairsprays, dry shampoos, and mousses.
- Performing product quality check analysis.
- Preparation of hair aerosol products by gassing samples with propellants and ensuring proper safety regulations are followed. Full training will be provided.
- Training new staff members and coordinate the use of gassing facilities within the team.
- Updating and creating safety documents (risk assessments,, and SOPs)
- Conducting product qualification studies, including physical corrosion and product stability.
- Collates, analyses, and communicates data and insights.
- Delivers high quality written reports and oral communications within the team.
- Supporting the development of next generation aerosols for both formulation and packaging as well as strengthening the current product range.
- Supporting the delivery of aerosol innovation projects to a high standard by generating and analysing data, reporting back to the team.

BRAND, CTI, other format’s, supply chain, procurement, TPL, BU, suppliers, patents.
