You are a highly organized, motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is looking for a position that will allow you to grow professionally and make a difference in our business.

**What You Will Do**

As an **Technical Sales Advisor**, you will be responsible for following up on inbound and outbound enquires, develop relationships with existing customers and develop new business to ultimately increase their spend with us.
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries.
- Understanding and Qualify client’s product specification request.
- Answer technical and compliance questions from existing and new customers.
- Preparing quotations for clients in response to requests for proposals.
- Contact lapsed accounts to regain their business where possible.
- Process customer orders and handle acknowledgments.
- Coordinate with team members to fulfil orders promptly.
- Prepare necessary documentation.
- Keeping up to date our CRM platforms
- Updating internal systems with progress of each quotation.
- Increasing sales volume for company’s products and services, while maintaining sales expense budget.
