Curation Executive

As the Curation Executive you will be integral to HEWI’s commercial success. You will be responsible for and oversee all product inventory coming from VIP clients as well as overseeing the P2P and B2B curation. You will work closely with the VIP Sales team and Commercial Director to ensure efficient running of the VIP inventory process and develop strategies to drive sales of new and aged stock across our platforms as well as direct to client. You will have extensive knowledge of the luxury product market and brands as well as strong experience with pricing, market trends and a commercial eye.
**Curation**
Accept review of all inbound stock arriving from VIP clients, virtually or in person. Inspect condition, ensure authenticity and determine listing prices based on market knowledge.
Oversee and support curations with P2P and B2B product approval, ensuring, pricing and accurate product descriptions.
Coordinate with photography and listing team to ensure items are inventoried and uploaded efficiently
Perform product inspections to confirm the item's description and condition are consistent.
Control brand criteria of items received (fabrics, stitching, brand logos, serial numbers, date codes) and for re list and restart items.
Support with pop ups and brand activations from a curation POV and on the ground support.
Inputting product information into an online inventory management database in order to produce high quality product listings
- Be responsible for pricing of product listings
- Stay well-versed on current brand trends and resale pricing
**Reporting**
Report on product and product category performance.
Use product data and insights to understand product performance and influence sell through, marketing and product curation strategy.
**Strategic**
Work collaboratively to devise strategy for product sell through and sell through of aged stock and stock refresh and re-reductions and listing conversion.
Support content with commercial product knowledge, highlighting key items/ trends/ brands to be shot for marketing and social content
- Proven experience with luxury product curation in a luxury business or similar role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry working to targets and KPI’s.
- Strong eye for product curation and knowledge of pricing.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion brands, trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain internal and external relationships for effective collaboration.
- Enjoy working within a dynamic and fast paced team environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Pay: £20,884.76-£55,000.00 per year
