We have an exciting development opportunity within our Time Critical team that will give you expert knowledge and skills in Freight Forwarding, mentored by some of the best in industry.

Whether it’s regular Full Truck Loads (FTLs) from A to B, imports and exports, air charters or express vans delivering to multiple locations, we’ll give you the experience, equipment, and network to support our customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
- To provide logístical solutions to GBA customers, ensuring that all jobs are handled efficiently through use of the GBA systems.
- Responding to daily requests for quotes in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding GBA core businesses and strengths, upselling at every possible opportunity.
- To support and maintain customers, develop, and retain existing and potential customers through networking and other customer entertainment activities.
- Develop and report on customer KPIs.

- Great attention to detail and comfortable with multiple IT systems
- Ideally some experience of sales/telesales but a never say die attitude is a must
