**About us**

BWC Builders Ltd is a small business in completing a 12 month re-build based just outside Ware in Hertfordshire.

We are a small team with previous experience in Loft Conversions, Extensions, Refurbishments and Kitchen and Bathroom installations

**Responsibilities**:

- Observe safety regulations.
- Follow safety procedures when using machinery.
- Communicate with customers to ensure the work meets their expectations.
- Use tools and equipment to build structures.
- Perform physical labor to complete the construction project on time and within budget.
- Be visible and available for communication with the team during building hours.
- Demonstrate good time management skills; work long hours if needed.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ware: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
