Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Practitioner to join our team. As a Room Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

**Duties**:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational experiences
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation of the nursery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom
