Bartender

The Glascoed pub is a destination location and a very popular location for families. We host a resturant and bar area that can hold upto 80 people and a function room that can hold upto 120 people, plus a lovely outdoor seating area with a moderate sized play park. We host weddings, Seasonal events and a day to day menu.

The summer months are undoublty the busiest time for The Glascoed and we are searching for a someone with a warm personality to join our team with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the ability to interact well with customers. We're specifically looking for someone who can work independently and multi-task under pressure. If you enjoy being part of a friendly, open and busy environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you

As a member of our team you will use your skills to deliver a first class service to our customers. Experience is welcome, but not essential - **a keen interest to learn as well as a passion to provide excellent service and achieve high standards is a must.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers and make recommendations.
- Maintain a neat and clean bar area.
- Take orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Greet customers, maintain a neat and tidy appearance, and provide timely service.
- Serving food to customers to all araes and clearing down.

Successful applicants must be over 18 and will be required to work shifts which will include, days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Competitive rates of pay, depending on experience and age.

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
